These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of this website and any services offered by Deborah Ben Tov Newton, a self-employed IFS practitioner and coach based in Portugal and the United Kingdom. I provide IFS-practitioner or coaching services to clients worldwide. All services are subject to availability and may require prior booking. Details of available services, session lengths, and fees are provided on the website or through direct communication.

3. Payment Terms
All fees for coaching services must be paid in full prior to the session unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process. Fees may be subject to change, but clients will be informed in advance.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds for prepaid packages or services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services. The services I provide as support for personal or professional development or growth is not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or specialised psychological fields.
